BEKOMAT - Leading the Condensate
Drainage Technology
BEKOMAT
have set the industrial standard on condensate autodrain drainage.
With its high reliability, it offers energy-saving
operation no loss of
compressed air and designed to handle even the most oily condensate
for all compressed air applications.
With BEKOMAT condensate autodrain
energy saving in mind, it is a sure guarantee a
fast payback.
BEKOMAT condensate drains have significant
advantages over conventional float drain
- Bekomat are undeterred by heavy dirt, this
means highly reliable operation round the clock
-
Bekomat have built-in potential free contacts,
indicating service attention via alarm or siren
-
float drain has many mechanical parts
and hinges which often fail
-
float drain has small outlet orifice
which often clogged by large sediments
-
Bekomat need very minimal maintenance
-
Bekomat have large cross-sections to
prevent emulsification
Bekomat condensate drains have significant advantages over
conventional timer drain
- Bekomat drain actual
condensate quantity
- timer
drains are virtually impossible to set optimum purging time and
purging frequency
- time
drains are often 'overclocked' by maintenance, long purging time
and frequent purging rate to have the compressed air application
free from condensate
- avoids loss of
compressed air
- Built-in
potential free contacts, indicating service attention via alarm or
siren
- Bekomat have large cross-section value to
prevent emulsification
Application:
Filter Housing, Air receiver tank, refrigerant dryer, aftercooler & desiccant
dryer or absorption dryer etc.
Empty stage:
Condensates travel through the
inlet(1) and
collects in the reservoir(2) .
Air pressure travel along the patented pilot supply line(3)
and the solenoid valve(4)
making sure that valve diaphragm(5) remain
shut.
The larger surface area above the diaphragm results in a high
closing force, so that the valve seat is tight and leak-proof.
Filling stage:
When the reservoir(2)
has filled with condensate and the capacitive level sensor(6)
reach the maximum pre-set value, the solenoid valve is energized,
blocking the air pressure from valve diaphragm(5). The valve diaphragm
lifts off from the valve seat(7), and the
pressure in the reservoir forces the condensate into the outlet(8).
When the water level drop to minimum pre-set value, the solenoid
will de-energize, valve diaphragm will shut the valve seat before
precious compressed air can escaped.
Secrets of Bekomat
Electronic autodrain's Engineering and Reliability
All
electronic parts are replaceable: solenoids, control board with
capacitance sensor etc.
Capacitance sensor
housing(A) - patented housing design to protect the
capacitance sensor, to correctly measure water level even
against the most oily condensates.
Better performance and
more durable than proximity sensor drains.
Strainer(B) is equipped on Bekomat 13 Electronic
autodrain and larger
models - a protection mechanism toward large scaling or object from
clogging the Bekomat outlet. |
