Bekosplit

BEKOSPLIT separates
oil water emulsions - Effectively
When dealing with oil water emulsion which is one
of the most dangerous effluents, emulsions are oil being blended into
water molecules or vice versa, making them relatively harder to
separate compare to normal oily condensates.
Conventional method such as water treatment plant
that uses plenty of chemicals. It does not make sense to use
chemicals to separate emulsions, and create more harmful chemical
byproducts. Bekosplit does it the most environmental friendly
way.
Bekosplit - Emulsion separator with fully
automated function to work round the clock unsupervised.
Emulsions are fed into Bekosplit from a pre-separation tank, the
emulsions are then added with mineral based treating agent.
With built-in motorized stirrer, the treating agent dissolves into
the emulsion, and break the emulsion's molecular bond. This
will eventually form a solidified oil residue, leaving clean water
behind. The oil residue is then filtered automatically into
durable filter bags, dewatered, and ready to be collected for scheduled waste.
Bekosplit is able to process and treat emulsion
from 15 liter/hour to 160 liter/hour, making it the best splitting
plant in its class.
Typical applications are
- Emulsion
condensates from compressed air system
- Washing water,
e.g., from vehicle cleaning or road cleaning
- Leak test liquids
- Bilge water
Fact:
1 liter of oil can contaminate 1,000,000 liters of ground water.
Pre-separation tank with
pressure relief chamber

Emulsion
wastewater flows into the pre-separation tank via a pressure relief
chamber. The initial stage of pure oil separation will take place,
therefore, the
consumption of treating agent can considerably reduced, and
filter lifetime can significantly prolonged.
Filtration through
durable filter bags

After being separated by treating agent, the
solidified oil residue is transferred into filter bags where
dewatering process begins.
Do remember that scheduled waste contractors
charge according to the weight of the waste.
-
Low water content
of residue due to large filter surface area
-
Filter cake
consists of non-leachable residue mass
-
Low filter
consumption owing to filtration through bag filters
-
Simple and fast
filter replacement
Treating
agent

The broad-range (pH
4 to 10), highly effective treating agent eliminates not only the
need for the continual adaptation of pH values, but also for the use
of chemicals.
Fully automated

-
Microprocessor control of all
running sequences
-
Monitoring of the treating
agent supply and amount dispensing
-
Permanent filter monitoring
-
Maintenance and alarm messages
can be processed externally via signal outputs
-
The electronic control and
monitoring enables fully automated operation
