CLEARPOINT - Double Quality
Filter Housing
Condensate drain
plays an important role in ensuring optimum compressed air filtration.
The optimum compressed air filtration occurs when filter element
captures dirt particle and coalesces oil aerosols. During the
filtration process, a partial of compressed air moisture can too be
collected inside the filter housing. Hence, these effluent
mixture(dirt, oil and water)must be removed from the housing
constantly to ensure the filter element stays away from being
submerged.
Conventional mechanical float drain might fail unnoticed and timer
controlled drain is not energy friendly. Therefore, CLEARPOINT
filter housings are equipped with the
electronically level controlled BEKOMAT
20 FM. In addition to the well known reliable functions of a
BEKOMAT, this unit was
developed especially for the use with filters and offers additional
advantages:
-
Integrated
monitoring of the useful lifetime of the filter element to
automatically indicate the optimal time of element change
-
Easily readable,
informative display
-
Potential free
contact for relaying a fault signal to a control centre
-
Condensate
discharge at the rear through elbow connector, ideal for
installation close to a wall
The new CLEARPOINT
compressed air filters offer you a number of important advantages:
- Low, optimized operating costs,
economic operation
- Reliable removal of liquids (such
as water or oil), dust, gases or aerosols
- Longer filter service life and a
higher quality compressed air
- Increased compressor lifecycle
- Improved product quality, lower
spoilage rate
- Reduced maintenance, increased
productivity
- Better service and working
conditions
For stationary and mobile
applications from industry to medical:
CLEARPOINT® filters are your guarantee for
economic and top quality compressed air filtration.
With about 200 million dirt particles in every m3 of
air, it requires a good filter to do the job. Click to learn

CLEARPOINT
Compressed Air Filter Element - Advantages

Not all filter elements are created equal. Beko's filter
element uses high void volume borosilicate of 96%.
Conventional filter element void volume is about 45%. High
void volume means more dirt particle retention and much lower
pressure drop across the filter element.
Air Filter
Element - More advantages
Corrosion resistance end caps -
high durability
Stainless steel support sleeve -
will not rust and lower the compressed air quality
Coarse fleece - vital in
pre-filtration, especially oil removal
6 layers of filter media - more
dirt capture+low pressure drop=energy saving
