The GOLD SERIES cartridge dust
and fume collector combines enhanced performance with ease of
service while cleaning the work environment of irritating dust and
fumes. The GOLD SERIES cartridge dust and fume collector may be used
for a wide range of pollution control and product recovery
applications.
The GOLD SERIES is the next generation dust
collector, building on 25 years of experience with FARR’s Tenkay
dust collector.

exceptional ease of installation and service make the GOLD SERIES
the ultimate choice for a clean workplace.
Meeting airflow
requirements with a 25% smaller housing allows the GOLD SERIES to
deliver premium performance at a competitive price and take up less
factory floor space. The service benefits are numerous offering
faster, trouble-free change out of cartridges.
Featuring the
Gold Cone in the center of the cartridge, cleaning is accomplished
by pulse waves that emanate outward from this inner cone providing
enhanced cleaning for more efficient operation, longer cartridge
life and reduced service requirements.
The new Poly Tech
media is the most advanced dust collector media ever made.
Filtration efficiency is 99.999% on 0.5 microns and
larger particles. In most cases the Gold Series meets the 5mg/m3 or
less emissions required to re-circulate the air back into the work
place on non-hazardous dusts.

Dust Collector - Modular and Robust Design
GOLD
SERIES Collectors feature a new modular design for optimum filed
flexibility.
The smallest module GS-2 accommodates airflow up to
2,500 cfm(4,250 m3/hr)
using two cartridges mounted in a symmetrical frame. Additional
modules may be added to meet total airflow requirements beyond
100,000 cfm(170,000 m3/hr).
The GOLD SERIES
module is constructed of heavy 7 gauge carbon steel. The door, hopper, inlet and panels are all
10 gauge
steel. Most other dust collectors on the market are only 12 gauge. All
GOLD SERIES dust collectors are powder painted for unsurpassed
weather and corrosion resistance.
Designed in modules, the
cross flow inlet, access door, explosion vent, and other components
can be installed on any side of the module to meet individual needs.
The available configurations are virtually unlimited. This gives you
a customized dust collector, delivered fast.
The vertical
design of FARR cartridges provides more efficient pulsing of dust,
thus eliminating uneven dust loading associated with horizontally
mounted cartridges.
