In December 2007, Beko GmbH and EverAir GmbH
have designed, built and delivered Heat Regenerated Adsorption Dryer HOC65000 for a chemical
plant in Germany. At 65,000 m3/hr or 38,235 cfm making it one
of the largest heat regenerated dryers in the world.
HOC is Heat of Compression in short, utilizes
the heat of the compressed air(either from an oilfree compressor or centrifugal
compressor) to regenerate/heat up the dryer's saturated desiccant.
This heat recovery concept HOC is able to achieve -40°C pressure dew point. Making HOC a truly 'Energyless' dryer method guarantees fast
payback for customer.
