OilControl

OILCONTROL - The Real Time Compressed Air Oil Content Monitoring System

Compressed air contaminated by oil is the horror of every compressed air user. This is especially true to critical to oil sensitive manufacturing process.  Depending on the use, there is a risk for production plants, the environment, or even for health.

The OILCONTROL oil aerosol monitoring system displays the concentration of oil content contaminations in the compressed air flow during operation, in real-time and with high accuracy.

The compressed air classes defined in ISO 8753.1 offer an orientation for the assessment of the compressed-air quality.  However, it is important for the user to be informed about the concentration at all times.  With OILCONTROL it's possible now.

OilControl Benefits and Advantages - Production processes gain reliability

OilControl keeps you inform with oil content in your compressed air lineOILCONTROL - the BEKO Instruments  monitoring system allows user of permanent oil content monitoring of the compressed air.

The quality of compressed air can thus be monitored online for the very first time by measuring the residual oil content. Measurement is carried out by means of an ion-exchange method.

The sensitivity of the sensor guarantees early detection of an increasing oil content, resulting, for example, from defective or saturated filters. Users can alter OilControl's preset alarm value or remain as is.  Early detection of excessive oil can help to investigate the cause and rectify it.

OilControl helps the users avoid unnecessary expenses, as the purchasing costs of an OILCONTROL monitoring system are significantly lower than the follow-up costs resulting from a production stop.

OilControl versions available:

OILCONTROL OCC 111 for compressor monitoring up from 5mg/Nm³ to 100 mg/Nm³.  This model is suitable for least critical application.

OILCONTROL OCF 211 for monitoring downstream of compressed air treatment system from 20 mg/Nm³ to 0.01 mg/Nm³.  Ideal for moderately critical application.

OILCONTROL OCA 211 for monitoring activated carbon filters and catalytic systems from 1.0 mg/Nm³ to 0.001 mg/Nm³.  Highest sensitivity suitable for the most critical application.

The scope of delivery per unit includes a probe, a measuring cell and evaluation electronics, as well as an optional data logger and software.

OILCONTROL is compliant with ISO 8573.1, operates independent from changing flow conditions and is uninfluenced by moisture content exists in compressed air.
